Chef Jesse Schenker has launched “Gather at the Gander,” a summer lobster boil highlighting the season’s best seafood and sides, all served family style.
In addition to the bountiful lobster boil — lobster, littleneck clams, roasted porchetta, grilled corn with chipotle butter, mashed potatoes with garlic aïoli, and Parker House rolls — the savory menu includes warm shrimp cocktails with spicy romesco and charred scallions and summer tomato salad with local burrata and fresh basil.
To stay cool, the lobster feast also includes large-format cocktails like the Gander cold toddy, plus a curated wine list from beverage director Andrew Lakin.
Best of all, dessert comes to you — each feasting table will be treated to the Gander’s mobile ice cream sundae cart, with customizable sundaes and ice cream sandwiches made tableside.
Reservations for Gather at the Gander can be made for $125 per guest, including tax and gratuity. Seatings are available for 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
