Florida Man Gets Into Argument Over Graham Crackers, Knocks Man In The Head With A Hot Sauce Bottle

A Florida man threw a hot sauce bottle at another man over an argument regarding graham crackers.

Shawn Deandre Thomas was eating graham crackers at St. George's Church in Rivera Beach, Florida, which is located in Palm Beach County. The church provides meals for homeless people. Police told NBC6 South Florida that Thomas became upset when someone asked to have his crackers.

Thomas then allegedly picked up a bottle of hot sauce and threw it at the man's head, knocking him out and leaving him unresponsive. Another person tried to intervene and break up the fight, but Thomas apparently punched him in the throat, according to police.

The two victims were taken to a hospital and their conditions are unknown. Thomas has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, as well as battery.

The Palm Beach Post reports that Thomas has been arrested more than 40 times since 1997 and most of these charges were drug-related.
