What better way to cool off from the summer heat than with 79-cent slushes from Sonic?

On August 19, all medium slushes will cost 79 cents to celebrate one last hurrah before the end of summer.

When ordering, you must mention the 79-cent deal, which is only offered at participating stores. Ice cream slushes are not included, and the deal cannot be combined with the happy hour special. Customers can only order up to four drinks at a time.

Sonic's happy hour lets customers buy all drinks, teas, slushes, and sodas for half the price from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. So if you happen to miss the 79-cent slush special, there's always the daily happy hour.
