Pancake lovers, rejoice: IHOP’s all-you-can-eat pancake promotion is back, for a limited time. “Unlimited stacks. Unlimited value. Unlimited anytime,” reads the promotion on the IHOP page.

Now through February 14, customers can enjoy unlimited stacks of five buttermilk pancakes, or for the best of both worlds, an unlimited stack of two buttermilk pancakes with a combo plate of eggs, hash browns, and a choice of breakfast meats, according to Brand Eating.

To mix things up, a fruit topping can be added to the pancakes at an additional cost. Toppings include strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon apples, peaches, and blackberries. Customers will only be charged once for additional fruit toppings, according to Delish.

The all-you-can-eat pancake promotion is available all day at participating IHOP locations, for dine-in customers only. IHOP recommends pairing unlimited pancake stacks with their Never Empty Coffee Pot, as well as trying out a different syrup with every stack.
