Both Classic and Jerry’s cheeseburgers are just $5 all day this coming Sunday, September 28, at Jerry Built Homegrown Burgers in Houston. Why? Because Sunday is National Cheeseburger Day, or so we’re told. And Jerry’s deal is just one of many that day.

The Burger 21 chain is rewarding all guests who download its mobile app with a free Secret Cheesy Burger. When they scan their loyalty receipt, they will be entered into a drawing in which one lucky fan will win a grand prize trip to Burger 21’s Tampa, Fla., headquarters and help create the brand’s new cheeseburger.

Producer Finlandia Cheese asked Learndipity Data Insights to survey 2,000 Americans about their cheese preferences when it comes to cheeseburgers. American cheese was the big winner, given a “like” by 66% of respondents. But it turns out we like a lot of different cheeses. Click here for a fun cheeseburger infographic based on the survey.
