Remember the days of bringing your sandwich and homemade cookie up to your tree house? This summer, Nashville will welcome a new restaurant and bar, The Treehouse, into its midst.

Owner Corey Ladd, is currently taking his grandfather’s home under construction in order to be turned into a new tree house restaurant. Located on 1011 Clearview Avenue, Southern Home Developers LLC is renovating the home to take the theme and feel of a tree house. Ladd plans to mature the feel by adding a late-night menu, all while letting you reminisce and experience your days in a tree house in a whole new way. Keeping to the original theme, the bar will be on the small side, seating 44 guest maximum.

As for the type of food that will be served? According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, they will have a “seasonally changing menu with locally sourced ingredients.” But besides that, nothing else has been announced.

The opening date is expected to be announced in the next couple months.
