My Easy Way to Make Baked Lasagna

Some dishes are very common and loved by most of the people. If you have invited your friends for dinner and wondering what to prepare then lasagna will be the best option. This is my easy refuge for such situations. So, here is a simple recipe in baked form. This recipe needs 15 minutes for preparation and 1 hour and 30 minutes to be cooked properly.
Some olive oil to cook
Around 1 lb of ground beef
Around 1-2 diced onions
Around ½ bell pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
Around 28 ounces of tomato sauce
Around 3 oz of tomato paste
Around 14 oz of crushed tomatoes
Around 2 teaspoons of dried and fresh oregano
Around ¼ cup of fresh parsley in chopped form
Around 1 tablespoon of seasoning
Salt, sugar and garlic powder as per taste
Around 1 tablespoon or red wine vinegar
Around ½ lb of lasagna noodles
Around 15 ounces of ricotta cheese, 24 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese and 4 ounces of Parmesan cheese
Now follow the steps:
Put a pot of salted water on high heat and follow the next steps till it gets boiled.
Cook the ground beef in olive oil till the color changes and then remove it to keep it on paper towels to remove the excess fat.
Now, sauté the diced pepper and onions in a pan for 30 seconds.
Add the ground beef to the above mixture.
Now you need to add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste to the same pan.
After cooking them well, add dried and fresh oregano, chopped parsley and seasoning as per your taste.
Add sugar, salt and garlic powder to your taste with some drops of red wine vinegar.
Your sauce will take 20 more minutes to get thick on low heat.
Now add the lasagna noodles to the boiling salted water and keep stirring them.
When the noodles are boiled, you can drain them off from the water and rinse with cold water.
Now coat them with olive oil.
Take a microwave casserole and place some of the sauce on the bottom. The next layer will be noodles and the third – sauce again.
Place the ricotta cheese as a fourth layer and then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over it.
Now add another layer of noodles and then, the leftover sauce.
Add mozzarella cheese on top of it and then Parmesan cheese.
Another layer of noodles and Parmesan cheese will complete the dish.
Cover the casserole with foil and bake it in the oven at 375 degrees F for around 45 minutes.
Once you are done, let the dish cool for some time before serving it.
Your lasagna dish is ready to serve. In case you want to prepare it in the microwave, then do not cover the microwave bowl with aluminum foil.
