INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
  • 3 tablespoons brown mustard seeds
  • 1/3 cup white-wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup white wine or water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

DIRECTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, combine everything in a high-speed blender.
