Just combine these six ingredients, and you'll have mustard for your daily sandwich.
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
- 3 tablespoons brown mustard seeds
- 1/3 cup white-wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup white wine or water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, combine everything in a high-speed blender.
