Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons  yellow mustard seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons  brown mustard seeds
  • 1/3 Cup  white-wine vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup  white wine or water
  • 1 Teaspoon  salt
  • 1 Teaspoon  turmeric

Just combine these six ingredients, and you'll have mustard for your daily sandwich.

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, combine everything in a high-speed blender.
