  • Home of the Washington Monument, Mt. Vernon Square has been considered one of the most beautiful spots in Baltimore. Take the Purple Route to Stop #307 (Washington Monument) to experience it yourself.
  • Lots of dogs come here to use the restroom so don't lie on the grass without a blanket
  • Check out WTMD's First Thursday Concerts in the Park during the summer months [May-October]. Free music [both local and national], good people, beer, and food.
  • Grab some snacks, drinks and a blanket and enjoy a free concert every first thursday of the month during the summer!
  • There is a leash law for the park! This is an everyone park NOT A DOG PARK! Please respect other who want to enjoy the park. Don't stop bringing your dogs; just put them on a leash! Thank you
  • From the west end of the park, you can use the free wi-fi from Peabody Court.
