Miller Union is a restaurant in Atlanta which is well known for their partnership between farmer and chef. Fresh ingredients and true flavors on the menu are based around that specific week's harvest. Signature cocktails include the 'Rain Dance' (blanco tequila, carpano, strawberry, lime) and the "Manzanilla Sour' (white whiskey, chamomile, lemon, egg white). The cuisine changes weekly, but some popular dishes are farm egg baked in celery cream with rustic bread, and sauteed quail, field pea salad, arugula, garlic scapes, basil aioli.
