•   large whole egg
  • 1    egg yolk
  • 1 Tablespoon  lemon juice
  •    Sea salt, to taste
  • 1 Cup  safflower oil or refined sesame oil

Use fresh eggs, some lemon, and oil to create this classic staple from scratch.


Blend the egg, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor on medium speed while slowly adding the safflower oil.
