Mango Guacamole
Carly Goldsmith

Avocados are hands down one of my favorite foods, and there is no better way to eat them than in a fresh batch of guacamole. This version is spruced up with the addition of a juicy, ripe mango, which adds a sweet dimension to the classic dip. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lime

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, lightly mash the avocados to the desired consistency. (I like my guacamole a little on the chunky side, but mash well for a smoother texture.) Add in the mango, onion, tomato, and jalapeño and mix well to incorporate. Season liberally with salt and pepper. Juice the lime over the guacamole and serve immediately.
