Left Bank Brasserie Larkspur To Host March 2 Franco-German Friendship Dinner

Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur, California, in the spirit of "Amitie Franco-Allemande," will host an evening of German food, wine and beer on Wednesday, March 2. A subsequent Franco-German Friendship Dinner, with a unique new menu, will be held on May 18.

Each of the $34.00 three-course prix fix menus will be served from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. in addition to the restaurant's regular a la carte menu.

Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur exemplifies French-German cooperation in that it is an authentic Parisian brasserie with German born Chef Sean Canavan in charge of the kitchen team. Chef Canavan's culinary creativity reflects the influences of his German training, while his family has strong ties to France and he has enjoyed a long working relationship with Chef Roland Passot, whom he met over 15 years ago.
