Kim Kardashian's Italian Wedding Menu Revealed

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were married this weekend in Florence, Italy, and according to a menu going around Twitter, it appears the couple did not skimp on the wedding menu.

According to Us Weekly, Kimye's wedding menu was designed by Giorgio Pinchiorri, owner of the three-Michelin-starred Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. Considering the opulence of the rest of the wedding weekend, one would not have been out of line to expect ortolan or edible diamonds topped with regular diamonds on the menu. But a Twitter photo of the menu from wedding guest Tracey Mills reveals a surprisingly normal, four-course dinner in the pasta-fish-meat-wedding cake model.

The dishes were pretty high-end, though. According to the menu going around Twitter, the first course was a house-made mezzelune pasta with ricotta cheese, thyme, and marjoram. Second was a monkfish filet in a crust of aromatic herbs with pureed celeriac, a mille-feuille of red onions from Tropea, and purple potatoes. That was followed by a beef filet with Brunello di Montalcino sauce, a truffle-seasoned potato tart, and green beans. Dessert was a homemade strawberry sorbet and wedding cake.

Mills was satisfied, Tweeting: "THIS MENU WAS HEAVENLY!!! #2became1."

Kimye reportedly served copious quantities of Ace of Spades Champagne and San Filippo Brunello di Montalcino red wine.

As First We Feast points out, there were unfortunately no croissants on the menu. But considering the entire wedding had just been flown to Italy from the rehearsal dinner at Versailles, all the guests probably already had their fill in Paris.
