Let's keep the London Olympic cocktail celebrations going, this time with our friend Greece. The Hymn to Liberty cocktail is served at New York City's Stone Rose Lounge, Whiskey Park, Living Room, and the Whiskey Blue at the W Los Angeles. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 ounces Metaxa Greek brandy
  • 1 tablespoon fig jam
  • 3 lemons
  • 1/2 ounce honey

DIRECTIONS

In tin, muddle lemons then add honey, jam, Metaxa, and ice. Shake and strain in rocks glass. Top off with soda water and garnish with a dried fig.
