Foursquare Tips

  • Overrun by mainland Chinese tourists who don't respect queues.
  • Beware of Mainlanders trying to cut in line. They sneak up pretending to know someone in front. Keep your elbows spread on the rails!!
  • Good park but the Mainland Chinese visitors are such a awful people! Feel compassion of the cast members working here (that sometimes be hit by those barbarians!) Philharmonic is my Disney-favorite!
  • Skip the weekends and attend during the weekdays for smaller crowds. Take the MTR for an easy in/out experience. Lots and lots of Chinese mainland tourists so be mindful of a difference in culture.
  • "The Golden Mickeys" show at Fantasyland is a must-watch!
  • Website Auto Magic Ticket Machine Web.
  • HK Disneyland ... If you've never been at any Disneylands, you must visit it. I liked it at that time. It was the first time I visit Disneyland in my life. It was an interesting experience.
  • Rides are mostly in English.. The new Mystic Manor is awesome! Do make sure to check out the Lion King Experience. A day at Disneyland trumps a day at Oceanpark anytime! :D
  • Grizzly Gulch mine ride is one of the more attractive bits of fun. More entertaining than the Space Mountain.
  • Don't leave the park without catching the fireworks finale. It's magical. Worth staying the whole day for. I heart Disney for life! Ngeee....
  • The Lion King - a must watch at Hong Kong Disneyland
  • Baby strollers and wheelchairs are available for rental at the Disneyland Fire Department on Town Square.
  • wear comfy shoes and breezy clothes (unless you're coming on Winter) -- Spend the entire day for a leisurely walk around the park and make sure you enjoy the beautiful Fireworks around 9pm :)
  • When you are lining up and some mainland tourist doesn't and jump in front of you: step on their heel and make their shoes come off.
  • Space Mountain is must-play, and Mickey's philharMagic is must-watch!! BTW, Chinese mainland tourists are so many during the public holidays...
  • Visit the park mid-week, less crowded and arrive early. Must see: The Lion King Experience!
  • They now have the Water parade. Be prepared to get wet. Otherwise, stay in the dry zone.
  • Beware of Chinese tourists who don\'t follow queues!
  • Great for a romantic date
