Not sure what to give your fashionable friends this holiday season? Gucci may have an answer for you. In an effort to capture the attention of luxury holiday shoppers, the Italian brand has just released their #GucciGift campaign, an interactive video where you can buy everything from Gucci fragrances to their of-the-moment footwear.
Created by Harley Weir, the video is the first holiday campaign presented by new creative director Alessandro Michele. It showcases a curated selection of the brand’s best ready-to-wear pieces in iconic prints as well as Michele’s two new prints Gucci Blossoms and Gucci Caleido.
While this holiday campaign may be lacking the traditional pizazz and sparkle of a seasonal ad, it makes up for it with interactive technology. The film is motion-touch enabled, allowing shoppers to click on dresses, coats, suits, shoes, bags and accessories, and buy directly from the video with one click. It’s easier than having to track down the item on the site, and it's a great way to see how each piece wears and how they're styled.
