Since michy's restaurant in Miami only has a beer and wine liscence, Bar Manager Will Rivas has cleverly come up with a special menu of "light cocktails" that contain less than 22% alcohol. This one features tart and sweet flavors, combining freshly muddled green apples, maple syrup and sherry.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

In a shaker, muddle the apple slices with the lemon juice and maple syrup. Then add the Velvet Falernum and sherry.

Shake and strain into a wine glass with ice.
