Ingredients
  • 1.25 ounce tanqueray® london dry
  • .5 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 3 dash of angostura bitters
  • .5 ounce orgeat or almond syrup
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with star anise.
  2. If you’re feeling creative, use the bitters to create festive designs on the drink’s frothy head.
