A refreshing green drink that is equally perfect to serve on St. Patrick’s Day or a warm weather day.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ice
  • One 12-ounce can limeade
  • 12 ounces gin or vodka
  • 3 baby Persian cucumbers
  • About 1 ½-2 cups fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

Fill blender halfway with ice. Add the remaining ingredients process until slushy. Add optional soda, if using. Pour into glasses and serve.
