Frozen Cucumber Mint Mojito Recipe
- One 12-ounce can limeade
- 12 ounces gin or vodka
- 3 baby Persian cucumbers
- About 1 ½-2 cups fresh mint leaves
A refreshing green drink that is equally perfect to serve on St. Patrick’s Day or a warm weather day.
Fill blender halfway with ice. Add the remaining ingredients process until slushy. Add optional soda, if using. Pour into glasses and serve.
