Ingredients

  • medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
  • garlic scape, diced
  • scallion, diced
  • 1/4 Cup  diced red or white onion
  • 2-3 Tablespoons  cilantro
  • mint leaves, chopped very finely
  • 1/2 Teaspoon  sea salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon  dried chiles or 1/2 fresh jalapeño (optional)
