With a motto that "a dish should have three perfect ingredients," Franny's throws out the bells and whistles and sticks to great ingredients. Other than their pies, save room for charred eggplant.

I'm torn on Franny's sometimes. I have never heard anything but rave reviews, but often the pizza feels a little on the burned side for me. That said, the sides and salads are amazing. I could eat tho

Franny takes local sourcing very seriously. Printed on the back of the menu is an extremely detailed roster of where the ingredients come from, all in the area.

You can't go wrong here, but here's my usual order: farro salad, some type of pasta (they're all great) and sausage or clam pizza. DO IT.

the pizzas are incredible but certain pastas are straight up magical. if this place were a tiny bit cheaper, i would be here several nights a week.
