Flavor! Napa Valley 2013 Festival announced the initial schedule of chefs and wineries that will be at this year’s event, according to a press release.
This year, it will take place November 20th to the 24th and will celebrate many of the important anniversaries of Napa Valley wineries will be experiencing. In order for chefs to qualify to participate in the event, they must have a restaurant in the Napa Valley or a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
Tickets go on sale this month for the five-day event, which will host chefs like Roy Choi owner of the Kogi BBQ Truck , which was runner up on The Daily Meal’s list of 101 Best Food Trucks in 2013, and Mario Carbone of New York restaurant Carbone.
Special events will include the Terroir-to-Table: Farm, Cellar, Kitchen Expereince, a workshop series which includes a farm, cellar, or kitchen themed workshop and demonstration lead by an expert in each field.
