Ex Novo Non-Profit Brewery Finds A Home

Joel Gregory has taken his passion for beer into homebrewing, then beer blogging, and finally into a fairly ambitious not-for-profit brewing venture by the name of Ex Novo Brewing. As we first wrote about in July of 2013, Josh was seeking a professional brewer to join the team and found him in Ian Greene. He then had to overcome hurdles with state law and becoming a non-profit, and finally in finding a location, with a big false start just a few months ago. With those obstacles now behind, Ex Novo is settling into building out its new home at 2326 N Flint Ave. in North Portland and plans to be brewing beer by the summer.
