Lauryn Hill, Popular Food Trucks Headed To Louis Armstrong's Wonderful World Festival

On Saturday, June 20, the second annual Louis Armstrong's Wonderful World Festival returns to Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York, just a few blocks from the legendary artist's longtime home on 107th Street.

The festival will include performances by Antibalas, Ozomatli, Rebirth Brass Band, the Shannon Powell Traditional All-Star Band, and Lauryn Hill.

There will be DJs nearby in the Queens Museum, "recreating the memorable garden parties that Louis hosted for his friends and neighbors." Other highlights include free jazz tours of Queens and a kid-friendly "Louis' Backyard Bash" area.

A number of popular food trucks and vendors will be on site to keep you fed for the all-day festival, including Luke's Lobster, Phil's Steaks, Curry N Bites, Nuchas, Gorilla Cheese, Kimchi Taco Truck, Langos, EgunsiFoods, and Andy's Italian Ices, plus more to be announced closer to the event.

The festival will last from noon on Saturday until 8 p.m., and is open to all ages. The event is free, but make sure to get a ticket online
