Fleming's Pasadena Offers Southern Hemisphere Wine Harvest 3-Course Dinner

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, located on the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Marengo Avenue in Old Town Pasadena, has launched a new Southern Hemisphere Wine Harvest three-course dinner. The new menu showcases seasonal ingredients paired with wines from south of the equator.

The spring menu opens with an appetizer of colossal shrimp with a passion fruit sauce. For the main course, diners have a choice of three pairings: New Zealand rack of lamb with crispy leeks and truffle mashed potatoes paired with Yalumba Patchwork Barossa Shiraz from Australia; king salmon with a mushroom truffle sauce and sautéed mushrooms paired with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough New Zealand; or filet mignon with mole and cabernet butter sauces and a chimichurri and black lava salts paired with a Catena Vista Flores Malbec from Argentina. The dessert course consists of a raspberry white chocolate bread pudding.

Fleming's Pasadena features two outdoor patios, a spacious open main dining room, and a huge bar area. Additionally, the restaurant offers guests a specially curated list of 100 wines available by the glass or bottle.
