The Beverly Hills Hotel
The Beverly Hills Hotel is offering a special treat for diners: a different flavor of their signature soufflés for each of the twelve days leading up to Christmas.
“Knowing that the most popular year-round desserts are our soufflés, we decided to introduce special holiday-themed selections. They are going to make celebrating ‘the most wonderful time of year’ in the Polo Lounge that much sweeter,” said executive pastry chef Michael Aguilar.
Flavors for the soufflés include candy cane, gingerbread, peppermint chocolate chip, eggnog, panettone, chestnut, caramel apple, spiced shortbread, almond roca, spiced pear and cranberry, maple pecan, and chocolate hazelnut.
The holiday flavored desserts will be offered until December 25 and are priced at $20 per person.
Also during December, Bar Nineteen12 at the Polo Lounge is offering special festive cocktails including spiced mulled wine, spiked egg nog, and a fig sidecar. Now through January 10, the resort is offering an LA Winter Escape which includes two seasonally inspired cocktails, a holiday gift of $250 hotel credit to spend on a future stay at Hotel Bel Air, daily valet parking and a daily $75 breakfast credit.
