Easy Dessert Sandwiches
You need to know two things about my family: 1) we are bat-poop crazy for ice cream sandwiches. We keep the freezer stocked with It's-It ice cream treats like Doomsdayer's and trips to Diddy Riese for chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches in Westwood are year-round adventures; and 2) in July we raised our game by taking on more creative dessert sandwiches, some of which, will make you forget all about the the traditional ice cream sandwich. Impossible you say? Then you need to try the Glazed Donut Strawberry Shortcake or the Raspberry Nutella Panini.
