Widmer Brothers Brewing Launching Collaborations With Stumptown, Andy Ricker, Aaron Franklin, Prosciutto Di Parma

Debuting this year at Feast Portland, the annual Oregon-based food festival taking place between September 17 and September 20, Widmer Brothers Brewing will launch four small-batch brews produced in collaboration with four big names in the food world: Andy Ricker of Pok Pok, Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue, Stumptown Coffee, and Prosciutto di Parma.

The four collaborative beers, each of which were brewed specifically for the festival, include Som O Grapefruit Radler using Andy Ricker's Grapefruit Som drinking vinegar, Rauch und Kirschen from Aaron Franklin, brewed with 10 pounds of cherries; a bourbon coffee-based El Injerto Coffee Pale from Stumptown Coffee, and finally, Missing Legs Saison from Prosciutto di Parma, a farmhouse ale brewed with Grains of Paradise.

All four beers will be draft-only and available during Feast Portland and at the Widmer Brothers Pub. A number of kegs have also promises to "pop up at to-be-determined establishments" around the Portland over the next two weeks.
