Dr. Verma’s Fountain of Youth Recipe



  •   1 cup reserved cooking liquid from steaming broccoli (or hot water)
  •   1 teaspoon olive oil
  •   1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •   ½ teaspoon ginger
  •   ½ teaspoon turmeric
  •   ½ teaspoon cayenne
  •   ½ teaspoon oregano

The spices in this drink are packed with healing properties.


Stir ingredients together and drink while still warm.
