- 1 cup reserved cooking liquid from steaming broccoli (or hot water)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon oregano
