Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce ginger syrup
- 2 1/2 ounce reggatta ginger beer
- 2 ounce gosling rum
- sugar cane spear, to garnish
- lime, to garnish
Directions
- Build over ice with lime and syrup going in first then ginger beer. Float rum on top. Garnish with a lime and sugar cane spear.
