Appetizer: Roasted Red Pepper Crostini

  • 8 oz jar Iberia Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup  Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup  fresh chopped basil
  •   Salt and pepper to taste
  • toasted French baguette cut into slices
  • garlic cloves cut into small squares
