Warm, Comforting Soup Dishes To Make In 30 Minutes Or Less

The Daily Meal presents Meals Under 30, a new series in conjunction with our Culinary Content Network of food bloggers.

In each Meals Under 30 recipe roundup, our talented bloggers share their best go-to weeknight recipes for when they need to get dinner on the table fast. Our editorial team then chooses its favorite enticing weeknight meals — all of which can be made in 30 minutes or less.

If you didn't already know, January is National Soup Month. Therefore, this week we are celebrating by sharing some scrumptious soup recipes to satisfy your comfort food cravings. In honor of this month, Campbell's Soup Company surveyed 2,000 people and found some fun, soup-related facts. For instance, chicken noodle soup is America's favorite go-to soup (they suggest pairing it with chardonnay!), and best of all... One in 10 people have eaten soup without any clothes on!

Without or without clothes, try making one of these recipes in this January.

Baked Potato Soup

"This potato soup is one of the creamiest I have ever had, yet it contains no butter and less cheese than most other recipes call for. It is the perfect recipe for cold, busy nights!" writes A Mind "Full" Mom. Check out her recipe here.

Tomato and Spinach Tortellini Broth Bowl

A Mind "Full" Mom is back at is again with this tomato-studded, spinach- and cheese-filled tortellini soup. Be sure not to miss that crunchy mixture of toasted breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top, too.
