  • Best burger- the steak tartar and pot du fromage are unreal.
  • Butter drenched, cream coated frogs legs. Get them. That is all.
  • Chefs Shane McBride and Daniel Parilla took a bold step in offering prime rib as the main beef item on the menu. It's a masterful rendition of the dish.
  • This place is amazing. Get a seat at the bar to watch the bartenders work their magic. Prime rib burger, steak frites, grilled sardines, and hamachi crudo. And don't forget the chocolate souffle!
  • Yes, the burger is one of the city's best, but the lobster ravioli is absolutely killer. Would come back for it alone. Treat yo self to a dessert, while you're at it. It won't disappoint.
  • Oh my goodness the beef tartare & the beet salad are to die for! Seriously, some of the yummiest stuff I've ever had. Whoever's back there whipping that up must be doing something right.
  • Lobster ravioli and steak tartar are awesome.
  • Great tuna Nioise salad on the lunch & brunch menu!
  • Beautiful, classic french ambiance. Took some folks visiting from Paris and they were delighted. The prime rib burger was impressive and the lobster ravioli was to die for. Definitely coming back.
  • Ambiance is classic, beautiful Keith McNally. The souffl is not that great but the frommage selection is strong.
  • really good french fries
  • The Prime Rib Burger at Cherche Midi is a notch above Minetta Tavern's, complete with bacon marmalade, gruyere cheese, and a side of pommes frites.
  • Great space with a nice bar. Nice beet salad but was underwhelmed by the skate - but don't miss the souffl for dessert!
  • The octopus carpaccio was amazing (a special) and surprisingly so was the chicken. Great space. Would definitely go back.
  • Meh, not up to McNally standards
  • Probably the most amazing steak i have ever gotten in New York, most likely everywhere except France. A bit pricey but a reasonable price for NYC standards. Best for romantic dinners and friend dates
  • The pastry chef here makes the whole place worth while. Brunch beignets change your life and the dinner chocolate souffl is amazing. Very good chicken and gnocchi too
  • I prefer the other venues in this group, but it's a high bar and Cherche is good. A beautiful space and quality food, just not exceptional or particularly memorable
  • This burger was f'ing amazing. So intense, juicy, crazy dry aged. Just wow.
  • Great food. Great place for business meetings. Just don't do date night here, it is a bit to stiff
