In a large bowl or plastic container, combine Chandon Brut Classic, simple syrup, water, and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly. Cover and place in the freezer until solid, approximately 5 to 6 hours. Serve in Chandon plastic cup, sprinkle fresh lemon zest, and hand off with a spoon.
