What's bubbly and fresh and perfect for summer? A champagne cocktail, made with Chandon and cucumber. Click here for more Fourth of July cocktail inspiration. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 ounces Chandon Brut Classic champagne
  • 2 inches of raw cucumber with peel
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 5 -7 sprigs of mint

DIRECTIONS

Muddle cucumber with mint leaves and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with Chandon Brut Classic and stir. Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of mint and serve in a rocks glass.
