Foursquare Tips

  • Ask for the 'neat' iced coffee. It'll be worth it!
  • Consult out the coffee menus, the selection changes frequently.
  • The best cortado in the city.
  • The best coffee in Chicago. Get the pour over.
  • Try their sandwich cookies. They're made with love (aka butter).
  • In that there's no Wifi, I guess you could say its an "old-fashioned" coffee shop
  • There is wifi now, but not many outlets inside.
  • Iced monkey lattes are the perfect summer indulgence
  • Real pumpkin and real spices in a pumpkin spiced latte?? Count me in!
  • Take home some beans!!!!!!!!
  • You'll be hard pressed to find a better cold brew.
  • Great coffee & tea.
  • Just drinking their Americano and it is really good!their interior is quite cool, too.
  • Not impressed by the iced coffee I had this morning, and 4$!!!! Watered down and disappointing
  • Not only is the espresso wonderful, but they are very child friendly as well
  • Interesting place and very much different. Cool concept. I wish their seating is little bit more comfortable, unless they don't want ppl to sit there forever
  • Typical new wave coffee shop vibe. Perfect for working. They brew their sister shop's coffee Metric. It's too one-note for me, so I'd recommend the Intelligentsia a few blocks East.
  • ambience. friendliness and professional baristas
  • Black cold brew, monkey latte, scones everything!!
  • This coffee shop serves up some serious Joe in the form of Metric Coffee pour-overs, Chemex & cortados. Seating is spaced out among rows of high-top counters ideal for camping out solo with a laptop.
