Foursquare Tips

  • The counterintuitive entrance is through the tiny courtyard on Sunset, not by the sign on Sanborn.
  • Find us feasting on quality French bistro fare on the intimate courtyard. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu, but a trip isnt complete without a helping of pommes frites with truffle oil
  • Try the truffle frys ... 20 cork fee
  • Order their delightful, delicate version of a Margarita, dosed with dry curaao and a smoky hit of mezcal:
  • Romantic
  • this place is overrated but the fries are pretty damn good.
  • people watch!
  • Fries fries fries! Oh and wine duh
  • There is a parking lot behind Cafe Stella, and parking is free with validation from the cafe.
  • You've gotta try the lemon ricotta pancakes!
  • Cappuccino is divine (coffee is from next door Intelligentsia), Mimosa's are just right and Salmon Benedict is better than a golden egg from Wonka.
  • The BLT with hand cut bacon and heirloom tomatoes is hands down the best BLT I've ever had. I come almost once a week now for one.
  • Get the burger. It's not on the menu and you may only be able to order it in the bar, but it's delicious.
  • They just got Delirium. I chased october fest all over holland and belgium for it once.
  • The Filet is the best in town
  • The baked eggs are where its at for breakfast... And I'm sure you all know, the coffee comes from Intelligentsia.
  • Go to Cafe Stella, Capuccino its awesome!!
  • Celebrate, have a glass of wine. Say hello to friends.
  • This is a wonderful place- love the patio seating. It transports you instantly to France. The French onion soup and avocado toast were delicious! Looking forward to coming back soon
  • Eggs Benedict with salmon and pommes frites. YASS.
