Foursquare Tips

  • Perfect for Sunday brunch. Small space though!
  • here's a tip - the portions are huge so get one savory dish (eggs benedict) and one sweet (waffle/french toast) and share amongst two.
  • Split the eggs bennedict with niman ranch ham. You'll have just enough room for dessert. :)
  • Say hi to Miyu!
  • The cutest French cafe in SF.
  • The Croque Mademoiselle is the bombtastic bomb-ness! Get it!
  • Get the Tart Tatin - juicy apple hunks, coated in cinnamon, caramelized on the top and served with a massive dollop of freshly whipped cream.
  • Check The croques. Nice.
  • Get the eggs Benedict
  • This is a French owned joint that doesn't serve French portions. Start with a quiche of the day and pray you have room left for a banana nuttella crpe topped with their house made whipped cream!
  • Be wary of baguette sandwiches in the afternoon.. the baguette gets super hard by then
  • Get the bacon quiche, it's epic! (go early, they sell out).
  • Don't go during lunch. It's extremely busy and the service is painfully slow. Also don't have a group of more than 6, they won't seat you.
  • Don't open a laptop unless you want the chef to have a screaming fit at you. iPads okay. Dunno why.
  • Try to say saucisson
  • Quiche! Quiche! Quiche!
  • Get the quiche of the day. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. And sit in the back to talk with Chef Joel if you have a chance.
  • Get one of the honking great big slices of quiche. Delicious, filling and eggy. Yum!
  • Great for brunch. Go for the Choco-Noisette Belgian waffle if you're up for something sugary - it's light and fluffy but also rich in flavor. Service is good, and they give truffles with the receipt!
  • The Pain Perdu and the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon are delicious. Portions are generous - halfsies is recommended!
