The main dining room is bright and noisy, the smaller annex cozier. Tables are covered in leather, and there’s the whiff of money in the crowd of politicos, Georgetown old guard, & singles at the bar.

Steak is obviously the specialty at chef Michael Mina's restaurant in the Four Seasons, but the lounge is also home to a buzzed-about pork cupcake. You know you want one.
The patties at Gtown's vaunted Bourbon Steak prove delicious enough to commingle with the others on this month's Favorite Five list, and include a Korean barbecue salmon number w/ kimchi/ jalapenos.

The burger is simple w/ Cabot cheddar, house-pickles & their secret sauce (think ketchup-mayo). It's good but pricey at $19. The duck fat fries and complimentary black truffle rolls are silly good.

Duck Fat Fries are Fantastic!
Metrocurean recommends the off-menu hot dog special going on through August. For $7 you get a Red Apron hot dog and a pint of craft beer for $7 in the bar and lounge.
