Blue And White Elixir

Blue And White Elixir
4 from 1 ratings
We came up with this recipe to be a cooling complement to lots of outdoor activity in the middle of summer. White tea leaves are known for their delicate flavor and low caffeine content. They also retain the highest antioxidant level of all tea varieties. Everyone knows antioxidants are good for us, but few people know their special use as a powerful skin protector. The polyphenols in the tea, the anthocyanins in the blueberries, and the astaxanthin in the spirulina make for a holy trinity of super antioxidant protection so you can play in the sun without stressing the burn.
