This makes 12 stuffed peppers, but nobody could have just one! Granted, this isn't the most photogenic thing I've ever made, but it went over famously with people who refuse to eat vegetables of any sort. (So I must be doing something right) They can be made in the oven too, but I was taught to make them this way. It leaves a layer of black at the bottom of the pot, but soak it and you should be fine. Trust me, these babies are well worth it!
