This is so easy that anyone can make it. Use salsa as taco sauce makes it to thin.

A really simple and fast taco dip, great for parties or mexican night dinner. It is recommended to use lean or x-lean ground beef (or even ground chicken), that way you wont have that much liquid to drain. Also You could put the dip in the oven so that the cheese melts, but you do not have to.

This recipe is so easy, so quick to prepare and so good and hearty. We had it for dinner last night and all who dined with our family loved it. I found this recipe in Fast Fixes with Mixes" by Taste of Home. I added the optional chopped green chiles. I served this soup/stew as our main dish and offered tortilla chips on the side as well as sour cream and grated cheese cheddar cheese. I'm sure this would make a perfect OAMC recipe, but there were no leftovers to freeze in our house. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family and friends did.

This recipe came out of the Southern Living magazine January 2009 issue. I have posted it just as it was written; however, when I make it I use regular diced tomatoes and add one small can of green chilis (taco aisle) and saute one jalapeno pepper along with the onion, garlic and ground beef. I also stir one cube of cilantro (Knorr makes this) into the soup as it cooks instead of using fresh cilantro on top. This freezes pretty well as long as you don't add sour cream and cheese to the whole pot.

I am not sure where this recipe came from. My mom always use to make it for us. It is very easy and very yummy! I am not exactly sure on the servings, but you can always add more beef and taco mix.

I like this tasty soup because it is so quick and easy to put together. After work I often don't have energy for anything complicated. The ingredients from this seem to be different from most of the other taco soups listed here. I believe this one originated from Campbells - as you can almost tell by the ingredients :)
