These crab sticks have been hanging around my freezer for a bit, I was saving them to make kani salad but since I've had them for awhile, I thought I'd fry them instead. Made this for lunch today and it was sweet, spicy and yummy. Had it with red rice and some left over mushroom soup. Though, I think it'll be better with clear soup or broth to balance out the heavy flavor, also instead of rice lettuce seems a refreshing combo for this dish. Can be served as an appetizer. Enjoy!
