I prefer the taste of this recipe as opposed to canned cranberry sauce. The recipe comes from our favourite cookbook, Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking for Two.

This is fabulous! There are lots of leftovers if you are only cooking for two, but they reheat very well. Pick small peppers or the cups will be too big and the edges will burn.

This is a terrific salad that pairs well with barbeque or Mexican entrees. From a July 1985 issue of Bon Appetit in the "Cooking for Two" section featuring a "Terrific Texas Barbeque". The recipes doubles or triples easily.

From Cooks Illustrated, Cooking for Two 2009. A great crumble recipe that is easy to make and just makes enough for tonight's dessert. For those people that find it hard to resist leftovers
