Who wouldn’t want to start the morning with a breakfast cookie? The basic recipe for these calls for Kellogg’s Origins Muesli and it’s perfectly delicious. But if you’re looking to get even craftier, you can add in a few tablespoons of the Kellogg’s Origins Granola or Kellogg’s Origins Cereal if you want even more crunch!! Just add in 3-4 tablespoons at the same time you add the chocolate chips. You can easily make these without the butter if you want! Instead of 1 cup of butter, use ½ cup of date paste + ¼ cup of plain yogurt and you’ll be good to go! Plus that gives these an extra dose of fiber! If you replace the butter, keep an eye on the baking time, as these will only need 10-12 minutes in the oven. Replacing the butter will give the cookie a spongier consistency.

Breakfast Parfait
“A breakfast parfait or sundae is a great way to include a little bit of everything on your fork or spoon in the morning. You can make this parfait a day ahead, making it a perfect grab-and-go breakfast. Breakfast parfaits are pretty simple to put together, and the only limit to the flavors and textures in the parfait is your own imagination. To simplify this recipe, you could use muesli instead of the quinoa, almonds, and chia seeds.” — Chef Jason Roberts, author of Good Food Fast: Deliciously Healthy Gluten-Free Meals for People on the GoClick here for more of our best yogurt recipes.

My savory breakfast rolls evolved from a childhood love of making cinnamon rolls. My mother had her own special recipe for sweet rolls, and she almost always included me in the process. She’d let me help roll the yeast dough, then sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar. I never have time to make yeast dough now, but I like how well savory ingredients rolled into dough works with the cupcake pan. At my home, this savory roll recipe is a child-friendly adventure in baking, especially since it calls for several store-bought items. Present the ingredients in individual bowls — or in the wells of an extra cupcake pan — to make layering fun and easy for your children. Click here to see more recipes for your cupcake pan.
