American Flag Cookie Pizzas
Kids and grown-ups alike will love these individual dessert pizzas. Kit (blogger at THE Kittchen) uses sugar cookie dough to make the crust for the pizzas, then tops them with a layer of sweetened cream cheese and fresh berries so that they resemble American flags.

No-Bake Cheesecake 'n Berries in a Pretzel Crust
Did someone say pretzel crust? We love this sweet and salty combination that Marjory (The Dinner Mom) came up with. She fills the crispy, salty pretzel cups with a no-bake cheesecake filling and then tops them with ripe, juicy berries.

Fourth of July Tartufo
This week’s winning recipe comes from Chanie (of Busy in Brooklyn) — she created a beautiful and easy-to-make tartufo by layering vanilla ice cream and red sorbet in a loaf pan. How did she add the blue, you ask? Blue maraschino cherries!

All of the recipes featured this week are easy to make at home without spending a lot on ingredients. Interested to see a few of our favorites? Read on.
