Foursquare Tips

  • This is a good fucking restaurant.
  • Tasting menu is delicious. And a great value. But it takes 3 hours to get through all 7 courses.
  • 5 course tasting menu was exquisite. Excellent service, and the wine pairings are generous.
  • Short rib w. kale salad is an absolute must
  • DO NOT miss Krisp Kale salad if it is on the menu. The best salad I've ever had. Ever.
  • The Kale Salad was featured in NY Mag's 2012 "Best Of" issue: kale with basil, cilantro, mint and a craaaazy vinaigrette.
  • Believe the salad hype.
  • The tasting menu is a must here. The wine pairing is a great value but if you do it, be prepared to leave here more than tipsy.
  • Wow, best meal I've had in the city. Go for the prix fixe.
  • Ever encounter a menu so exquisite that you cant decide what to order? Why not taste everything! This Brooklyn hot spot is now accepting reservations for its 5 and 7 course tasting menus.
  • Hands down #1 restaurant in BK. Every bite is just so delicious, you don't want to be done with your meal.
  • Butter is yummy, skip the overrated Kale Salad and get the sea urchin spaghetti and short rib.
  • Absolutely a pain to get into if you're not getting the tasting menu, but absolutely worth it. Go in at 5:30 to put your name down and expect to get seated at 9. Worth it.
  • Fantastic. Eat all the things.
  • Fennel panna cotta with candied clementine. Whoa.
  • The menu is seasonally-driven, uses produce from a one-acre Long Island farm where they harvest over 100 varieties of organic produce. Plus you can eat here alone, at the full-service mahogany bar.
  • We did the 5 course...never did the 7, but no need. They bring out 10 courses anyways. We were very happy with our meal. Very seasonal inspired taste. If your into that, the get the fk over there ASAP
  • Do the tasting menu. Hope you get the short rib.
  • A charming (and tiny!) restaurant that brings its own point of view to seasonally-minded American cuisine.
  • Lemon poppyseed bread pudding with chamomile ice cream was almost as amazing as the "Orange Julius" dessert cocktail.
