Foursquare Tips

  • Pricey, a bit overrated. Sit at the bar.
  • Fresh cocktails, handmade pastas, and farm table ambiance inspired by the Italian countryside.
  • Learn from my mistake and use the top lock on the bathroom door. Also, the wild mushroom cavatelli is delicious.
  • Quite possibly THE BEST place for food and wine I have EVER been to. Hands down.
  • Tagliatelle al ragu is everything you want out of a pasta dish: cheesy, funky, meaty. The octupus confit pasta was a little too lemonyI would skip.
  • You've got to order the spicy chick pea side. Or maybe not if you ever want to eat a canned chick pea again.
  • The owners of Park Slope's much-loved Al Di L Trattoria opened this lower-priced northern Italian restaurant in Crown Heights on Thursday.
  • Great steak, gnocchi were pretty good as well
  • Didn't know they did brunch until yesterday. Holy shit was it good.
  • Great spot for a date night.
  • The hake... What can I say.... A veritable feast. A pork roast of a fish bake. Delicious broth, perfectly accompanied by olives and roasted tomatoes. A coup. Bravo.
  • I can't get enough of this place. The ricotta cavatelli is delish!
  • late night dinner. had roasted amish chicken. not bad. mac n cheese was very good. if feeling adventurous have the crispy beef tongue fries. worth a revisit
  • Affordably priced Italian from the team behind neighborhood favorite al di la. Pasta is great here, and there's a nice outdoor dining space.
  • Splitty-splitty on the Malfati and the Ricotta Cavatelli. Al di la food without the massive wait. Plus, a really nice outdoor area.
  • Who says you shouldn't order chicken for dinner? Get the chicken!
  • The ricotta cavatelli and the braised short rib are amazing. I also love the kale salad appetizer.
  • Solid italian spot as expected from the a di la folks. One of those places where everything on the menu looks great. Had the farro salad and the pork chop and both were great. Will be back for more.
  • Get the Panna Cotta.
  • Don't look down on the Cauliflower appetizer! The fried capers on this add the perfect touch.
