Stef Ferrari is a three-time Emmy-winning, James Beard Award-nominated producer on the PBS docuseries "The Migrant Kitchen." She served as senior editor at Life & Thyme, and is the author/co-author of several books, including "Ice Cream Adventures," Aarón Sánchez' "Where I Come From, A Woman's Place," and the forthcoming "Stuzzichini: The Art of the Italian Snack, with Little, Brown/Voracious." Her recipes have been featured in more than a dozen publications, including Oprah Magazine, Prevention, Better Homes and Gardens, and more. A Certified Cicerone (beer sommelier), and food culture journalist and educator, she has lived in and traveled throughout Italy, studying culinary traditions with an eye on the future of Italian foodways.
